I started testing this with the latest beta (08b5) and still no luck.
Somehow I managed to get some people in the groups I want them to be, but there are still others that keep popping back into their original groups.
I really hope this can be fixed soon.

I have a whole range of accounts (Yahoo, ICQ, MSN, AIM) and have lots of buddies on all of them. I love being able to use one program to chat with them all, but I'd like to group them regardless of what service they use. I have a bit of a problem doing that with Adium and my problems are summarized ...
