Seriously this is starting to get really frustrating. Facebook chat has not worked for me at all in over a week. I go to work with my laptop every morning and enable my Facebook account and it instantly signs in and I use it all throughout the day without trouble, then I come home and it just endles...

I presume you would be trying to do a chat thing through Facebook messages? If so, then I doubt that would happen - AFAIK Facebook messages can only be sent through Facebook's web site and not through any other service. (Also, it seems terribly inefficient - I've never seen a Facebook message 200 b...

Just to clarify, the animation is perfectly smooth and begins right when a message is received but appears to slow down for a "soft stop" therefore making the whole process seem laggy.
