Re: Prowlmail

I'm not seeing any issues with notifications, can you confirm the API key you're using is valid? What address format are you using?

Re: Prowlmail

Cool, thanks! I work in tech support, so I always hate being the one who pesters... ;-P Negative priority should work now. Give it a shot please. Doesn't look like this was answered...I have the same question, for the same reason. Can we have an option to turn off the hash on the notifications, ple...

Re: Prowlmail

I haven't had the chance to investigate the issue just yet. I'll try to fix it tonight if I can reproduce it.

Re: Prowlmail

Thanks. I do have the +. Without it no sound would play since the email address is not the right syntax. I can leave everything else in the email string the same (including having the +) and it works fine with the other priorities. But with +-1 and +-2 it plays the +0 sound. Am I the only one havin...

Re: Launchable Application List Requests

Pandora! I would like to setup a recurring prowl notification I can use to launch Pandora so I can use it as an alarm clock. Added, but Prowl doesn't have the ability to automatically launch an application when a push comes in. You still have to tap the 'view' for the push. iRule & iRule HD fro...

Re: Prowlmail

Hi, Prowlmail doesn't seem to work with negative priorities? It works fine for a priority of 2, 1, or 0. But when I send an email with a priority of -1 or -2, Prowl keeps playing the sound for Normal Sound instead of Moderate Sound or Very Low Sound. Anyone else have this problem? Don't forget the ...

That's the plan for a future release. Not sure which, but my plan is to put it into the next one.

Re: Jailbroken Phones

If you reloaded the Prowl application but didn't modify any settings, it doesn't upload to the server. In the next release, whenever you load the settings, it'll upload to specifically avoid this problem.

Re: Jailbroken Phones

What are your quiet hours settings set to? What's your prowl username?

If the badge is updating, push notifications are working.

Sounds like you're in quiet hours; and this is unrelated to being jailbroken.

Re: Prowl notification on iPhone 4

Okay, at the top, change "default style:" from "Smoke" to "Prowl". This will make all notifications be routed through Prowl.

The latest screenshot of the styles tab doesn't show Prowl listed so I'm not sure it's installed at all. Can you double check?

Re: Prowl notification on iPhone 4

You need to follow the installation instructions at https://www.prowlapp.com/installation.php - you need to grab the style and configure it, and set it as the default style.

Re: Launchable Application List Requests

Another vote for "IM+" but in May of 2010 there was no custom URL scheme (they were apparently just learning of this ability from a customer at the time) - http://www.shapeservices.com/en/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=850&start=0 They still do not register for a URL scheme, ju...
