This is common Twitter spam. They monitor all messages, and @reply random people. It's probably not even worth your time to try and block them, they are likely already banned and would not message again.

Install it again using the same iTunes account and iTunes won't charge you for it.

The easiest way is to drag them from the group you don't want them in, into the group you want them in. Even if they're already there.

Wordpress still does not support a URL scheme, which is how Prowl launches applications.

This is not possible until 1.5. You could add an event into the group's "sign on" event to do something inconspicuous, 1.5 adds a "do nothing" event to replicate this functionality.

We consider group chats to be 'special' - the user has chosen a handle, and is referred to as that handle throughout the conversation.

Which service are you using?

I don't know VB but perhaps the %2 is being converted into something else? Try %%20?

I've been thinking about adding a 'persistent' option to the API. Every x minutes, if you don't open Prowl the application, it sends the notification again.

Both of these events generate a NSApplicationDidChangeScreenParametersNotification notification, which Adium interprets as "the screen parameters changed, I should reposition". I will have to investigate the code more to see how we can do the readjusting without having to move the contact ...
