How about sqllite instead? I'm working scripts to import Trillian logs, and in the current storage format, I'd have to do alot of work to sort by datetime when I merge data from trillian and adium that occurred on the same day. Using sqllite would make that and other similar operations much easier. ...

Like in iChat, I'd find it convenient to utilize the buddy's local or remotely configured avatar as the window's dock icon. Obviously only applicable to a non-tabbed window configuration. It'd be neat if the tool tip displayed on mouse over was the last message received by said buddy.... Regards, --...

I like the integration concepts (automatic meta contact creation), but I'd like to see an option to associate an existing buddy (or meta contact) with an existing (or new) address book entry. Possibly a "select Address Book entry" button on the buddy or meta-contact's "get info" ...
