Thank you for the sarcasm. I happen to not be an average braindead n00b, so I will look at the source code.

It seems in OS X 10.3.9 the scrollbar does not automatically scroll down when a new message is sent, at least on my configuration.. After 2 minutes this became very old and I am almost driven mad.

Please say this can be fixed somehow.
