Looks like my assumption was wrong (I only tried a few different styles). By using Bubbles instead of Crystal made the delay disappear.The_Tick wrote:I know you said it doesn't matter which style you try, but can you list the styles you have tried this with?

Issue: General delay on notifications
It seems that the last couple of versions of Growl have put some kind of delay on the notifications. I'm running Leopard now, but I had the same issue with Tiger. Every notifications have about a 2 sec delay before showing. This goes for all notifications regardless of what application sending them....
