I'm not sure where it was hiding offscreen but when I unplugged my second monitor the contact list suddenly reappeared on the main screen from wherever it had been hanging out at.

Tried that and going to the Window menu as well

Since installing the 1.2b1 update my contact list no longer will show up. Tried changing the contact list styles, made sure that it was set to "Never" hide it, visible in all space, etc...
