Webcam doesn't work as of right now and there are no immediate plans to add it. The programming that Adium uses to connect to the protocols (MSN etc) has plans to support it but we know nothing further.

As far as I know these aren't supported by any client on the mac other than Mercury Messenger and possibly aMSN.
