The bold thing was removed because when someone wants to emphasize a point they should be allowed to. Stripping this formatting actually changes the meaning of the IM, and that should not be allowed. I'm not sure if it would be possible to detect a whole string using bold, and disable formatting on...

It's one of those things that the devs thought we should not be allowed to choose. .77 was so much better than this release, I'm really disappointed.

I swear I saw this talked about earlier, but I am having no luck with searches... In old versions of Adium, the Status window was always visible, even if Adium was not the active app. Now, it hides... I really miss the old behavior :cry: Is there setting I've missed, a .plist hack I can do, anything?
