I don't really like the new "gems" for the contact list in 1.0 and the "Plastic" message theme is missing from 1.0, is there a 1.0 Xtra that let me get the look I liked in 0.89 into 1.0?

I'm new to Adium (0.80), I'm using it with 10.4. I was wondering if there is a way to make Adium not open a message window when a new message arrive? (and just give a notification)
