Well the idea is for it to be an alternative to the show contacts in dock feature already in Adium, alongside the prefs as well.

We are already arguing how this things should look, and we don't even know if anyone wants to put this into Adium at all.

I like the name badges in the dock icon, but for some of us their too obvious and don't work for more than 3 names. They also cover up any cool icons we might have downloaded.
