Cyberduck painfully slow

Hi, I am have been getting the same problem for about the last week. I updated to the latest version to see if that would fix it but it made no difference. If I have no other applications running it gets quicker, but not like it used to be. I am running this on a Mac G4/400 PowerBook with OSX 10.4.1...
