Thanks for posting this again, I had trouble finding the extra DNS information from my router but as soon as I added the details in network preferences Adium worked just like it used to.

Can finally throw that MSN rubbish out of my dock.

The problem is, it just won't connect to any of my e-mail address' (hotmail or gmail) I've tried deleting and reinstalling, deleting both of the preference files and even copying the preference files over from my old mac...
