proteus: if you are running 0.6.1 there should be already a growlAppBridge.framwork in /library/framework/ . if you are running 0.7svn you should download that. http://growl.info/files/Growl-0.6-Frameworks.dmg and copy the growl.framework to /library/framework/ and rename it into GrowlAppBridge.fram...
