Ok got the same problem.

Just deleted the msn-specific name, and changed the one in my contactlistwindow at the top. Seems to be good now. Weird anyway.

Hi, i denied an MSN friend request on Adium tonight, is there anyway to check a log or something to see which e-mail adress it was from?

Any updates on this? Problem is still there for me...

I have exactly the same problem as mentioned in the first post, but in my case the url's dont work for MSN contacts. (only sometimes..)
Since we're a year later i wondered if there's any better solution than using shift+cmd+opt+V?
