Yeah, in the devl-mailing list they've more or less agreed on adding msnp15 for 1.3, due to its stability. Of course this means that the 1.3 beta round could be a bit longer than expected, since its a major change.. They added msn-pecan for 1.3 which is msnp12. Msnp15 will probably not be in until ...
