yes ive run, the hardware tesst, techtool, and disk warrior. they all passed. i know its growl because everytime i run it i get kernel errors, every time its off nothing happens

well i never thought id say this and unfortunately i have to. Growl apparently is actually the cause of all the kernel errors ive had in the past month. after finnaly learning how to kind of read them it seems that with the notifications while the applications are running causes the many kernel erro...

growl installed by adium seems to be the one working for me.

well thanx to some people on the sipefree board they made me my newspaper duck which is based off the icon of the rss reader script for adium. its only an avatar right now but im going to be making it into a dock icon because this is pretty simple but yeah its got to be my favorite besides zaudragon...

i still cant growl to work with adium. ive looked it up on trac adium and trac growl but nothing.

i have the same exact problem with growl except i never bothered to mention it. ive tried changing the settings with the different notification styles and still nothing.

it had happened 3 times today. and the three times are the only times i signed off and quit adium

i have never encountered this problem til today and heres what it is. when i quit adium, i see it fully closed but exactly 3 or 4 seconds later it just starts itself up again with out me clicking on the dock icon. please explain or help.
