Just to inform everyone, I think some changes on the MSN servers cause the "has you" option not to be reliable anymore. When I view the info of a msn buddy, on many (mostly new added) contacts there is written "Has you: No"... this has caused some confusion among my friends, who ...

Any news about this?
There are new beta builds from Adium and I would like them to use with msn-pecan... really need the direct file transfer feature...

At least an instruction how to make a build on your own would be nice...

Since studivz even doesn't offer chatting, while facebook does on their own site, there is nothing to base a plug-in on.
You have to wait for StudiVZ to implement chatting.

Just wanted to point this out: A friend of mine told me, that she is seeing the "(User) is typing" only for 2-3 seconds when she's chatting with me. Then the typing message disappears. And suddenly my message appears then, when I'm finished after, say, 10 seconds, without seeing her me typ...

You could try logging in at http://www.meebo.com and block the contact there. Then he should be also blocked when you use Adium.

Well, it seems it was really because of the servers... just one person in my contact list is now missing the buddy icon. They came back like 2 hours ago.
But the buddy icons just disappeared when I installed the new build, probably a coincidence...

With build 24281, buddy icons have disappeared. I also deleted blist.xml and restarted Adium. After 5 Minutes still no buddy icons.

For me it's totally usable now, since offline messages seem to work like a charme
Now the only thing that's left for me is to be able to send custom emoticons... there are so many good ones in Adium Xtras but unfortunately I can't share them to MSN users
