Connect cyberduck to your site.

open finder at the folder with your source files
(sort the folder by date)
select files you updated
drag selected files into cyber duck. Allow to overwrite.

I am no expert, but the question seems strange. Just upload the files that you have changed. Or are you having specific problems ?

Can someone please tell me how I can determine the date of a remote file using applescript and cyberduck. None of the sample scripts show this. I am sure it is very simple!
