I am running Adium 1.4.1 on OSX 10.6.5 and when I shutdown my mac with Adium running I keep getting this message.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

I am running Cyberduck 3.0.1 (3999) and appear to have an issue when trying to connect to FTP on a server using a 4-digit port number (8088). When I attempt to connect nothing happens apart from it just trying. Is there a restriction on what ports Cyberduck can use?
