consolidate chats by default.
how do i make it so all my chats are consolidated? I can do it manually by clicking Window > Consolidate Chats. But I would like this turned on permanently.

auto send sms or email msg when im is left unaswered
I need to be available by im all the time for my job. how can I set up adium to email me a message when it is unaswered for 5 minutes? this way I do not have to remember to sign into mobile im when I am on road.
