here is what I did: 1)opened cyberduck 2)typed the IP address into the quick connect box and pressed "enter/return" 3) clicked "bookmarks" from the main toolbar 4)selected new bookmark 5) drug the resulting bookmark icon from the cyberduck window onto my desktop 6) restarted Now ...
