Now whenever I click the bookmark icon on my desktop it opens TWO windows Oh, just found what you are looking for: 1. Cyberduck -> Preferences 2. Unmark: "Open browser window at start" I am not totally sure that it says "Open browser window at start" since my menu's are on Danis...

Same problem here.

Wouldn't it be more simple if there were a "FTP entrance folder" which you could have on your desktop? That way it would feel as if your ftp-server was a local folder.

That would be so sweet!
