This topic was brought up before but I don't think it found resolve. I keep wondering why there weren't more posts about it.

This is exactly what happens to me. Start writing a letter, everything freezes, then after about 60 seconds a notification comes through and all the clicks I made to get things working start activating. HUGELY frustrating but I can't live without growl... so I'm trying to figure out ways to just liv...
