I am having this problem too. Do host to Westhost????
I think they might be the culprit.

Cyber duck not working since upgrade
I upgraded my cyberduck program to the newest upgrade and suddenly it's not working right? When I log in I go to a file called /www/htdocs/ and when I go there, Now it brings me to the /www when I double click on the file, it tries to download it. Then says "Failure" FTP Error: Listing dir...
