You only need to remove the scroll enhancer from /library/application support/SIMBL/plugins no need to remove it all completely. At least thats what I did on my iMac.

I really doubt it. Most, and Cyberduck (check the 3 beta) is included in this, applications are losing the draw. It's not really a used part of the interface and in fact Colloquay is the only app I know about that uses it still.

Do you mean as a draw on the side of the window? If so I doubt it, very few Mac applications make use of the draw, but then I can't speak for the Adium devs.

You can't currently see them for MSN in Adium. It's in the pipe works but it all depends on libpurple which is the Library Adium uses for MSN access.

It is most likely defined in the message style and is not a preference in Adium itself.

In order to add a Yahoo contact you need a Yahoo account, you can't add a Yahoo contact to an AIM account in Adium. Just like any other client.

I'm not a fan of this behaviour but I agree it does make sense. I've setup and "Archive" within documents which acts as my documents folder to counteract this.

You can not send the MSN "custom" emoticon in Adium at the moment. This may come once MSNP14 is stable in libpurple, but I'm not sure. The custom emoticon feature in Adium is basically a skin for the standard emotes.
