Somehow, cyberduck seems to have a folder embedded in httpdocs that is a copy of the old website, so that when I upload the new one, it saves the old one inside and publishes that instead. Anyone have this problem?

I am just learning cyberduck. So, I connect to my IP address, I get access, everything seems fine. I go to the httpdocs folder, click on it, and select upload. Then I click on the folder in my mac that has the website, and the upload goes swimmingly. Then I go the website and nothing has changed! Wh...
