What is the proceeder to manually uninstall Perian?

Perian is Installed, but parts are Not Installed
I was trying to update Perian and got this message in the System Preferences above the Install Perian button "Perian is Installed, but parts are Not Installed". The button still says install Perian. I checked the system log and found this "Nov 11 06:10:31 JimMol-2 kernel[0]: Finder[13...
