I think I know of a solution. I use to have similar issues logging into MSN. Logging into their website at Live.com seems to fix this for some reason. Don't ask me why it works, it just worked for me.

Save transcripts to other location possible?
Is it possible to save my transcripts to another location? I know I can copy my logs anywhere I please, but can I choose a location for it to save/read from by default?
