Adium 1.2 accidentally revealed these menu items; they aren't supposed to exist, as they don't do anything.

Adium uses your serverside buddy list exclusively, and your list is automatically saved to the server when you make changes to it.

Please try the current debug build from http://adiumx.com/faq/CurrentAdiumDebug and follow the directions there to get a debug file.
