I guess one way to do this is to setup the rule to call a shell script and call growlnotify to set the message text, but I don't see where I could pass the pertinent information to the text. It looks like you haven't yet selected to "Install for Me only". At least, based on the install I just completed, that would be my guess.

Once you actually click that line, the Continue button becomes available (again, it did for me.)
