Is there any information you need about the file that would help figure out what's wrong with it? And how do I get the information that you need?

Crap, it said the extension AVI is not allowedI tried to upload it.

I'm trying to open an AVI file with IMovie HD. First, it opened with no sound. Now, with Perian, it plays sound for the first 1/6th or so, and then sound cuts out.

What can I do so that I can make IMovie HD play sound on AVIs?
