Figured it out... the screen zoom setting seems to reset to about 150% every-time I restart the system. I can turn off zoom, or reset every time i restart... manageable, but annoying.

I just installed Perian 1.1.3 on mac OS 10.4.11. Upon restarting the mac, the video is messed-up. When the desktop appears, it is oversized and doesn't fit on the monitor screen (it scrolls when I move the mouse), and it is a little blurry.
