I have the same problem, but disabling GrowlMail did not help. I even uninstalled the GrowlMail bundle and it still crashes Mail saying that GrowlMail is probably causing the problem. I've double checked and it does not appear that GrowlMail is still installed, but when I look at the crash report, ...
