Any chance of an add on that will generate a growl notification anytime an RSS feed is updated in Firefox.

There is one created for Safari, but I can't seem to locate one for firefox.

I know nothing about programing.

Sage is an RSS reader plug-in for Firefox. Anyone know of a plug-in for growl that will show a growl window when ever the RSS feed is updated? (Simular to the RSS reader in Safari)
