It's odd that you can't find that plist. Are you sure you're looking in the right library folder? It's the one in your home directory, not at the root level of your harddrive.

Dude, look at the size of it's head. It's HUGE. No way it could actually fly.

That's definitely a recipe for instant death. Plus, beer is nasty. Even Yuengling Lager. Tastes like a bitch. Vodka just tastes like burning (at least, the cheap Rikolov and Zelko I drink does).

That's the thing about it. Most 'basic' functionality is easily extendable to IM, but a lot of the more advance (and ultimately, very necessary) features don't really work that well. For example, commands typed in the inputline. No other protocol has anything close to that.
