Oh. Well I need some ideas then. I went to a work computer with QT 7.6 installed and it does play ac3 files. Bring the same file home and it doesn't play. Is this a known issue? If not: My main mac can no longer open .ac3 files in QT, while the other machines I have access to can. The other machines have only perian installed (for QT codecs), and they're also running QT 7.5.x, this one has 7.6. Removing all but Perian on this machine does not fix it. ...
