I figured it out, I think. Apparently I still needed to do the two defaults write commands.

Hi, I've done this (run the package) with the version found with the new beta but growlmail doesn't seem to be doing anything. Is there something else I should have done--uninstalled 1.7 before installing the 1.7.1 beta or some such?
