Unfortunately that makes the whole window transparent, I am only looking to make the background transparent, why can't they do this if they can do it for the buddy list. Thanks for the advice though.

I have been searching all day, everyday, how do I make my message window in Adium transparent, I know that it doesn't offer this feature on the program but there has to be some way to do this.
