I *believe* it's working now! One of my Yahoo contacts who uses Trillian ( and whose offline status was not being updated in the past) is now showing as offline (logged out about 20 minutes ago), and I didn't have to log out and back in for it to show! So that looks like a good sign! Keep up the goo...

I don't know for sure. I just installed the latest beta (1.4 beta 8). The release notes say Adium fixed "Fixed lingering Yahoo issues with double messages, contacts not going offline, etc". I'll see later today when some of my contacts log in, then log out. Most of them showing the problem...
