I know people that sign off and on often and Its because of their internet. I have never had problems with my internet just dropping me or anything. I have DSL so its always the same. The connection itself sucks but thats beside the point. I havent ben signed out of Adium since I last posted about it.

When you first open up Adium it takes a minute to get peoples away messages. I would wait about 5 minutes just to be sure.

What is that a picture of? Your small iTunes window?

I don't know what ports Yahoo! Requires but. It's the firewall at your works right? Theres no way you have any control over opening ports or something? That's your best bet.

Well if your behind a firewall and all the ports are closed I don't think it will work. Yahoo needs some ports open to work. I know AIM has a service using a web browser. I think its called AIM Express.

Have you tried looking at the talking speed in the speech preferences? I know you said it works fine after but its worth a shot. Also just out of curiosity why do you have it speak the name? If you just want to see it from far away try growl. I think the tick will agree.

Yeah for example the cursive looking font I think its called zapfino or something is standard on macs but PC users cant see it because its not standard to them.
