Hm. I don't think that blocking on MSN actually prohibits you from IMing someone. It just makes them alway show as offline to you. I have tried all of the above ways and nothing worked. I dragged the icon to my desktop, made sure that it ended in .jpg with it being visible, then tried putting it in Adium and it didn't work. I tried both the select file method, then the drag to the icon selection place method and neither worked....
