I could not exactly reproduce what you describe.

What I noticed is a slight delay (half a second ? may depend on number of feeds and articles) between the keyboard stroke and the refresh of the article list.
But at the end, the read/unread status is correctly updated.

I understand that this is not a limitation from Vienna ; it is the feed publisher who decided to include only the 30 latest articles in it. Considering the number of daily articles, you can either consider increasing the refresh frequency, or using one of the supported OpenReader service as a « alwa...

I have found documentation for the AOL reader API. Apparently it has significant changes compared with the Google Reader API most other sites support.

I haven’t found detailed doc for the API used by Digg Reader. Did you already try entering « Other » and a digg URL in Vienna’s sync preferences ?

Just delete the feed in Vienna, and it will grab the FeedHQ version on next refresh.

This is not caused by your sync method, but simultaneous attempts to update the status text at the bottom of the window.

@sandstorm : for me, a long period is a few days… I generally cannot test any longer, because I have to compile code changes from time to time.

@David Munch and @Skripach : your crashes seem quite similar. Not 100% sure of the cause, but I will catch the incident to avoid crash.

This is normal : when a group is opened, the count is not displayed at the top.
If you close the group, the count reappears.

I suppose that Vienna is set to refresh feeds on startup ?
