D'oh! I was running an older version of your Vienna. You are quite correct, they flagging is working as intended.
Hurray! This was pretty much the only thing missing (the Google Reader synch) from this great RSS reader.

Great work! I have noticed that the flagged articles (those flagged in Vienna) do not show as flagged in Google Reader. If you flag the article in GR, it does show as flagged in Vienna; it doesn't seem to work the other way. A minor foible to be sure, but one that would be nice if it worked. Or mayb...
