Hold down the Control key and click the contact. It will give you a pop up menu with everything you're looking for.

I've tried a few times to make groups in Adium for Facebook (family, favorites, High school friends, etc) but every time I close adium or my laptop goes to sleep the groups disappear and everything is back in one giant list. Is there a way to make them stick?

If I just "disconnect" in the status menu it continues to log in and out. I've actually had to delete the account totally.

B eginning today, Adium is logging in and out of facebook every 15-30 seconds. I've had to disconnect my FB chat in order to even use Adium in other chats without getting a headache.

Any idea what is going on and how to fix it?
