Did the patch make it into 2.6? If not, would it be possible to the the patch file for 2.6? I'd love to have the ability to have Readability (and other javascript bookmarklets) working in Vienna.

XML and & symbols do not mix. This is something I always forget. I think you want to replace your &s with & So, your <string> should be: <string>https://pod.geraspora.de/bookmarklet?url=$ArticleLink$&title=$ArticleTitle$&notes=shared+via+Vienna</string> Give that a shot.
