I wouldn't be averse to this so long as it was not set by default so wouldn't hit the issue Brian talked about re: killing other app's shortcut possibilities. Someone figure out how it's done and get back to us :) Here is a sample code that shows it - http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/FunkyOver...

Skype is cross platform and is really faster at ft and at voice than anything else I've ever used. I'd suggest trying that

With most current message views though, you'd probably only see 2-4 participants in the list. How so? Take smooth op for example. With a non-enlarged message window, the list would probably be 2-3 people. Mockie wouldn't be so bad, probably 5-8, etc. The problem I'd have with using webkit here is w...

Re: f.req: integrate participant list into mess.style

- Either remove the current implementation of the participant list completely, or provide it as a drawer instead of that ugly frame-like thing. But the group list is required for group chat to be useful, so throwing it in a drawer is against the hig. We could throw it in another window, but that ki...

I believe it does.
Should this be how we do it? Or should we provide an option at first run for that?

I think monkeyfood is working on the applescript stuff. I was going to get you (mac-arena) and eridius or toby to do the python docs. We need perl stuff done, figured I could get pudge to do that. You and panther are doing cocoa and carbon last I heard. Tcl is done. And we need to cover the rest.

Well:

1) GrowlAppBridge has been removed

2) When we feel it's ready, then we'll release Growl.

3) Try compiling Growl.framework and putting it into /Library/Frameworks and see if that resolves the issue for you.

This might be possible in the future with Growl, when they impliment sticky notifications. The notification will stay on the screen until you click it, then it takes you to the message. At least that's what I've gathered from some of the talk, and I apologize if I'm wrong. It is implemented in Grow...

Approved, but it might be better to submit each of these as a separate xtra, as compared to having them all in one big zip for each.

At the time no one else wanted to do it (including laura). I decided to take a stab at it, and with Laura's permission it became my job.

You shouldn't be thinking of it as a job. Are you having fun doing this still?

Ok, cool, the other is locked.

I'll try to check xtras when I can. For people who have submitted multiple extras in the past, if the dock icons load in Adium I usually just approve. For new dock icon makers I will view the package contents. Just a little fyi
