Long term solution, yes, I agree this is a good idea. Short term. Go into netinfo manager, and then add an entry for conference.whatever or whatever hostname you want pointing at the conference room server. A confirm dialogue would work though. What's wrong with Cmd-semicolon? It goes through and highlights the first misspelled word it comes to. And if you want to make it really easy, just turn on Check Spelling As You Type, so that it automatically underlines misspelled words. What exactly do you want to do? i guess i'll do what you said...
