I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right. Preferences > Accounts > double click on MSN account > Personal > type in Display Name And that would be before I log on MSN. I change my MSN display name, click on AVAILABLE under status, and it doesn't change. I can only change my name when I'm connected...
